I’ve been teaching for over 35 years, and that experience gives me confidence—not just in my method, but in trusting the process. I know how to guide students toward the results they’re capable of achieving.
I started my own training as an 18-year-old at the Goodman. I was scared—the youngest in my class. But I quickly realized something powerful: everyone around me was scared. Afraid to go first, afraid to be vulnerable.
That’s why I name it. I say the word: Fear.
Fear is just the other side of Freedom.
